在看韩国电影《为人民服务》之前，我对这部片子的相关信息毫不了解，后面才知道，这部片子是由中国作家阎连科的同名中篇小说改编而来，该小说创作于2004年，因为书中内容争议过大，《为人民服务》始终未在国内出版。豆瓣上也没有！
电影《为人民服务》的导演是曾拍摄过《隐秘而伟大》的张哲洙，翻阅相关资料时，得知他在2014年读了原小说，当即便产生了想要把它影视化的想法，因为版权洽谈耗时耗力，直到多年后才完成这个项目，当然，由于同样的原因，这部片子也无法大范围传播，豆瓣电影上也没有相关条目。
相较于原著，电影故事情节还原度是很高的。就像当年余华的小说《许三观卖血记》被改编成韩国电影一样，该片最大改编自然也是背景信息的替换，《为人民服务》的时代背景设置在上世纪70年代的一个虚构的国家，方方面面仿照对象为朝鲜，毕竟该片的主要受众是韩国观众。其次由于原著内容体量并不是很大，电影扩写了一些内容，补充了主人公的过去，男女主人公的爱情日常，同时也交代了他们多年后的结局。电影《为人民服务》是一部不折不扣的情色爱情片，所以相较原著，我个人认为是更完整的，但同时也一定程度上消解了那些黑色及荒诞反讽的意味。

就是这么一段高压环境下荒诞的不伦恋，电影本质上更偏情色爱情这种类型片一点，它并非那种社会现实主义类型，并没有去放大某种批判性，整个故事由性而起，由爱而终。电影的尺度不小，许多场面拍得都很唯美、销魂，男女主人公的选角也很养眼，那种交织着欲望和压抑环境下的躲闪、不甘、决绝、叛逆很是鲜明，如果一定要解读这个故事，我大概只能说：或许人性中最底层的欲望，或性，或爱，即使在最危险、扭曲、邪恶及道德洁癖的境地之下，也会野蛮生长出来，且这种野蛮生长无视对错，不计代价。
从迫切的语气中就能看出来，我有多期待今天这部电影了。
